AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Legal Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “user”) and G3S Ventures Inc., operating as FullSizeChevy.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website https://fullsizechevy.com (the “Site”), the FullSizeChevy.com forum, shop, giveaways, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy and our Official Giveaway Rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. Use of the Services where prohibited by law is not permitted. Users accessing from outside Canada and the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or license all intellectual property in the Services, including content, trademarks, and software. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, sold, or otherwise exploited without our prior written consent.

3. LEGACY & ARCHIVED CONTENT

FullSizeChevy.com (“FSC”) preserves knowledge from the original FullSizeChevy forum. Some content may be adapted, summarized, or rewritten by FSC staff based on archived threads and technical posts. Original authors retain credit for their contributions. FSC does not wholesale republish archived posts, images, or private data. Adapted content is reframed under FSC’s editorial standards for historical, educational, research and community purposes.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

• You are at least 18 years old.
• All registration and account information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• You will not access the Services using bots, scripts, or automated tools.

5. USER REGISTRATION

Accounts may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We may refuse or reclaim usernames deemed inappropriate.

6. PRODUCTS

Product listings are provided as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee availability, colors, sizes or specifications. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, and other listed methods. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge for purchases, including shipping and taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders suspected of fraud, resale, or abuse.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting FSC may result in account suspension.

8. RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products. Returned items must be new and unused, in original condition and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

   The following items are not eligible for return: clearance or final sale items, and items damaged due to misuse, wear, or customer handling.

   To start a return, email support@fullsizechevy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Approved returns will receive return instructions by email.

   Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and no restocking fees are charged. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are not accepted.

2. Vendor Packages: All vendor packages (including Founding, Standard, and Premium tiers) are non-refundable once purchased. FSC reserves the right to adjust vendor package pricing or benefits for future purchases, however existing Founding Vendor packages remain locked at lifetime benefits.
3. FSC Memberships

Supporting Memberships (Bronze / Silver / Gold):

All Supporting Membership purchases are non-refundable, including recurring subscription charges. Members may cancel future renewals at any time, but no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused periods. Giveaway entries included with memberships have no cash value and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for money once issued. FSC reserves the right to adjust pricing, benefits, or included perks for future Supporting Membership purchases. All Supporting Membership tiers include unique forum badges for recognition.

Founding Memberships:

From time to time, FSC may offer Founding Memberships as a limited, lifetime package. All Founding Membership purchases are non-refundable. FSC reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or benefits for future purchases; however, existing Founding Memberships remain locked at their original lifetime benefits. Founding Memberships also include a special forum badge for recognition.

8A. GIVEAWAYS & SWEEPSTAKES

From time to time, FSC may offer sweepstakes, contests, or promotional giveaways (“Giveaways”).

• No Purchase Necessary. Free Alternate Methods of Entry (AMOE), such as mail-in entry, are described in the Official Rules. Purchases may include bonus entries.
• Eligibility: Open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Quebec) who are of legal age and hold a valid driver’s license at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, and where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and household members of FullSizeChevy.com are not eligible to participate.
• Canadian Winners: Must correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question as required by Canadian law.
• Fraud Prevention: Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited. Purchase-return schemes and use of multiple identities are grounds for disqualification.
• Winner Requirements: Winners must:
  -Respond within the time period stated in the Official Rules.
  -Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and Publicity Release Form.
  -Provide a valid driver’s license and required tax forms (e.g., IRS W-9 or W-8BEN).
  -Be responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing, insurance, and transport costs.
  -Claim the prize at the Sponsor’s location within 30 days of notification.
• Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates the right, without further compensation, to use the winner’s name, city/province/state of residence, likeness, biographical information, and any photographs, videos, or testimonials provided or taken in connection with the Contest for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in all media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to reasonably cooperate in providing photos, short testimonials, or other content for use in future promotions at the Sponsor’s request.
• Prizes & Odds: Prizes are awarded “as-is,” with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions are permitted, except at FSC’s sole discretion. FSC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree that FSC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or other claims arising out of participation in a Giveaway or use/misuse of any prize.
• Assumption of Risk: Vehicle prizes may be modified, vintage, or used, and by accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with owning, operating, or transporting the prize. FSC makes no representation as to the safety, legality, or roadworthiness of any vehicle, and the winner accepts the prize with full responsibility for its operation and maintenance.
• Official Rules Control: In case of conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules govern Giveaway matters.
• Void Where Prohibited: All Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Finality of Decisions: All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration, operation, and interpretation of the Contest and these Rules are final and binding.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive conduct. Prohibited activities include hacking, tampering, spamming, impersonation, or harassment.

10. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

Users may post content (“Contributions”). By posting, you grant FSC a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions. You remain the owner of your content. This license includes use in marketing, social media posts, promotional graphics, and community features.

Forum and User-Generated Technical Content

Forum posts, replies, comments, build threads, uploaded material and other member contributions may contain technical information, opinions, procedures, product recommendations, compatibility claims or modification advice. Such content is submitted by users and is not reviewed, verified, tested, approved or endorsed by FullSizeChevy.com for accuracy, safety, legality, fitment or suitability for any particular vehicle or purpose.

User-generated technical content may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unsafe or applicable only to a specific vehicle configuration. Users must independently verify all technical information through appropriate factory service information, manufacturer documentation and qualified professional assistance before relying on member-submitted advice or performing any work.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullSizeChevy.com is not responsible for injury, vehicle damage, property damage, legal non-compliance, financial loss or any other consequence arising from reliance on user-generated technical content.

11. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

You grant FSC a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use Contributions in connection with the Services, including promotional and commercial uses.

12. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

Reviews must be based on personal experience, truthful, and not misleading. Offensive or defamatory content is prohibited.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

You may link your account with third-party accounts. FSC is not responsible for third-party platforms or their content.

14. ADVERTISERS AND AFFILIATE LINKS

We may display third-party ads and use affiliate links (e.g., Amazon Associates, RockAuto). We may earn commissions. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party products or services. Offers may change without notice.

References to parts, tools, products, vendors, affiliate links or third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only. The existence of a link or product reference does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or professional recommendation. FullSizeChevy.com does not guarantee availability, quality, fitment, legality, safety, performance or compatibility of any third-party part, tool, product or service. Users are responsible for confirming fitment, compatibility, legality and suitability with the manufacturer or seller before purchase, installation or use.

15. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We may monitor the Services, remove harmful content, restrict accounts, or take legal action to protect the platform.

16. PRIVACY POLICY

By using the Services, you consent to our Privacy Policy. This includes marketing communications (email/SMS), with opt-out available at any time. Data may be processed by sweepstakes providers, email platforms, analytics, and shippers. We do not sell personal data.

17. TERM AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

18. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We are not liable for downtime, delays, or interruptions.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Alberta courts.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter informally within thirty (30) days of written notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration Act (Alberta) and the rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, Inc. The place of arbitration shall be Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, FSC may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property, confidentiality, or misuse of the Services.

21. CORRECTIONS

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Services without notice.

22. TECHNICAL INFORMATION, REPAIR AND MODIFICATION RISK

FullSizeChevy.com publishes technical, repair, modification, diagnostic, compatibility and enthusiast content for general informational purposes only. This content is not professional automotive repair, engineering, inspection, certification, fabrication, towing or safety advice. Vehicle specifications, procedures, torque values, fluid capacities, wiring information, diagnostic thresholds, fitment, parts compatibility, towing capacities and repair methods may vary by year, model, engine, engine RPO, drivetrain, trim level, production date, vehicle configuration and prior modifications.

Before beginning any repair, diagnosis, installation, fabrication, modification, towing operation, lifting or lowering work, electrical work, or safety-critical procedure, users must independently verify all applicable information through factory service information and manufacturer documentation for their exact vehicle configuration, including GM Service Information, ACDelco Technical Delivery System, or equivalent factory-sourced documentation where applicable.

Users are solely responsible for using appropriate tools, equipment, safety procedures, protective equipment, lifting practices, torque verification and qualified professional assistance where necessary. Modifications involving emissions equipment, lighting, suspension, brakes, steering, towing, occupant safety systems, electrical systems, tires and wheels, vehicle height or on-road use may be restricted or regulated differently depending on jurisdiction. Users are responsible for verifying legal and safety compliance before performing or operating any modified vehicle.

FullSizeChevy.com makes no guarantee that technical information is complete, current, accurate, safe, lawful or applicable to every vehicle. Any repair, modification, diagnosis, installation, fabrication, towing activity or other work undertaken in reliance on website content is performed entirely at the user’s own risk.

23. DISCLAIMER

All information, content, technical material, forum submissions, product references, links and services provided through FullSizeChevy.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullSizeChevy.com disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, legality, non-infringement and compatibility with any specific vehicle, component, repair, modification or intended use.

FullSizeChevy.com does not warrant that any specification, torque value, fluid capacity, wiring description, compatibility claim, diagnostic procedure, installation method, towing information, modification recommendation, product reference, forum post or other content is correct, complete, current, safe, lawful or suitable for any specific vehicle or purpose.

24. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullSizeChevy.com and its owners, operators, affiliates, contributors and service providers shall not be liable for any injury, death, property damage, vehicle damage, mechanical failure, engine or drivetrain damage, electrical damage, towing or recovery cost, parts cost, labour cost, inspection cost, repair or replacement cost, loss of vehicle use, lost profit, business interruption, regulatory consequence, emissions or safety non-compliance, legal consequence, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damage arising from or related to access to, reliance on, or use of any website content.

This limitation includes reliance on technical articles, specifications, torque values, fluid capacities, wiring information, repair procedures, diagnostic advice, parts compatibility claims, modification guidance, towing information, forum posts, user-generated content, product references, affiliate links, external websites and third-party products or services.

Without limiting the foregoing and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate monetary liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any statutory rights of consumers that cannot be waived. Where applicable law does not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply only to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

25. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSC, its affiliates, and staff from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

26. USER DATA

We may retain certain data related to your use of the Services. We are not liable for lost or corrupted data.

27. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic agreements and signatures have the same force as paper equivalents.

28. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

Notice to California Residents: In accordance with California Civil Code §1789.3, California users may contact the Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5210 for unresolved complaints.
Some U.S. states may grant additional rights. FSC complies with applicable consumer protection laws.

29. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and FSC. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
