This Privacy Policy explains how G3S Ventures Inc., operating as FullSizeChevy.com (“FSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you access our website (https://fullsizechevy.com), forum, shop, giveaways, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

Account Information: Name, username, email address, password, profile details (forum or shop).
Contact Information: Email address, phone number, shipping/billing address (when making purchases or entering giveaways).
Payment Information: Payment card details, PayPal/Stripe info (processed by secure third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
Giveaway Data: Purchase-based entries, free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) submissions, entry counts, and prize eligibility info.

User Content: Forum posts, comments, photos, or uploaded media.
RPO Decoder Photos: If you use the photo option on the RPO decoder, the picture of your Service Parts Identification label is sent to our reading service to be transcribed into text. It is processed for that purpose only. We do not store the image, publish it, or attach it to you, and it is not used to train anything. Only the resulting three-character codes are kept, and only as described above. If you would rather not send a photo, the same decoder accepts codes typed by hand.
Owner Tool Submissions: If you opt in when using the MPG Calculator, we store the MPG figure you calculated and the engine you selected. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address for up to 7 days, used solely to limit how many submissions come from one source. No name, email, location, or vehicle identifier is collected. Individual figures are published only as part of an aggregate average per engine.
Social Login: If you log in using Facebook, Google, or other SSO, we receive only the information required to authenticate you.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Provide and manage the Services (forum accounts, orders, giveaways).
Process payments, fulfill merchandise orders (via Printify/Printful), and ship products.
Administer giveaways, confirm eligibility, and contact winners.

Giveaway Software Providers (SweepWidget).
Vendors & Sponsors when you interact with their promotions or sponsored posts.
Service Providers who help us run the Services (hosting, email delivery, security tools).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (U.S., Canada, EU):

Access & Correction: Request a copy of your data or correct inaccuracies.
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations).

Owner Tool submissions are anonymous by design and carry no identifier linking them to you, so we are unable to locate or delete an individual submission after it is made. If you would prefer your figure not be included, leave the opt-in box unticked before you submit.

7. Data Retention

Forum/shop accounts: Retained until you delete your account.
Orders and payments: Retained as required for tax/accounting (typically 7 years).
Giveaway entries: Retained until 12 months after the giveaway ends.
Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
MPG Calculator submissions: Raw entries retained for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregated per-engine averages are retained indefinitely.
MPG Calculator IP hashes: Retained for up to 7 days, then permanently removed.
Label photos: Not retained. The image is discarded once the codes have been read from it.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. Giveaways require participants to be at least 18 and hold a valid driver’s license for vehicle prizes.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

10. International Users

Our Services are intended for users in the United States and Canada. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your data to our servers in North America.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised policy.
