1. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Quebec) who are of legal age and hold a valid driver’s license at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Quebec, and where prohibited by law.
  
  
• Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  
  
• The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

• Purchase Entry: Eligible purchases from FullSizeChevy.com during the Contest Period automatically receive Contest entries as described on the Giveaway page. Entries earned via a product purchase are conditional on the purchase being completed; if a purchase is canceled or refunded, any entries granted for that purchase are void.

Each mail-in request equals the same number of entries as one qualifying purchase. Limit one request per outer envelope. Each mail-in envelope must be mailed separately; bulk shipments of multiple entries in one package are not permitted. Entrants may not use any third-party or automated services to send entries.

Additional Entry Conditions: The use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or any other automated means of entering is prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more entries than permitted, whether by using multiple identities, e-mail addresses, or any other method, will result in disqualification of that participant Any fraudulent activity, including attempting to obtain entries by making purchases and then returning them, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins and ends on the dates and times posted on the official Giveaway Page for this promotion (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period listed there.

4. Prizes

• Prizes are described on the Contest page, along with their approximate retail value (ARV).
  
  
• No cash substitutions are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  
  
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  
  
• Prizes & Odds: Prizes are awarded “as-is,” with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions are permitted, except at FSC’s sole discretion. FSC may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  
  
• Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree that FSC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for accidents, injuries, property damage, or other claims arising out of participation in a Giveaway or use/misuse of any prize.
  
  

Assumption of Risk: Vehicle prizes may be modified, vintage, or used, and by accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with owning, operating, or transporting the prize. FSC makes no representation as to the safety, legality, or roadworthiness of any vehicle, and the winner accepts the prize with full responsibility for its operation and maintenance.

5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  
  
• A random computerized draw will be conducted on or about the Giveaway End date. from all eligible entries received by the end of the Contest Period. The draw will be administered by G3S Ventures Inc. in Red Deer, Alberta.
  
  
• In order to be declared a winner:
  
  
  1. Canadian residents: Selected entrants must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (e.g., 2 × 6 + 8 – 3 = ?), administered by phone, email, or online form, as required by Canadian law.
     
     
  2. All winners (U.S and Canada) must:
     -Respond within the time period stated in the Official Rules.
     -Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form and Publicity Release Form.
     -Provide a valid driver’s license and required tax forms (e.g., IRS W-9 or W-8BEN).
     -Be responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing, insurance, and transport costs.
     -Claim the prize at the Sponsor’s location within 30 days of notification.
     
     
  3. Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates the right, without further compensation, to use the winner’s name, city/province/state of residence, likeness, biographical information, and any photographs, videos, or testimonials provided or taken in connection with the Contest for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in all media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law. Winners agree to reasonably cooperate in providing photos, short testimonials, or other content for use in future promotions at the Sponsor’s request.
     
     
• If a selected entrant does not meet these requirements and cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the first attempt of notification, fails to meet the eligibility or skill-testing requirements, or fails to return all required documents within seven (7) days of notification, another entrant may be selected at random. The entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
  
  
• All decisions of the Sponsor regarding winner selection and verification are final and binding

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. General Conditions

• The Contest is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. Entries are void where prohibited by law or where bonding, registration, or other requirements exist (such as in Quebec). Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  
  
• Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, insufficient participation, merchandise funding shortfalls, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. In such cases, Sponsor may:

-Extend the Contest Period,
-Adjust prize awards,
-Select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to modification,
-Or take any other action deemed fair, reasonable, and appropriate in its sole discretion.

• Merchandise Funding Goals: Certain Contests may be tied to merchandise sales or fundraising benchmarks. If a designated funding goal for merchandise sales is not met, Sponsor reserves the right to extend the Contest Period, adjust prize distribution, or make other modifications necessary to preserve the viability and fairness of the Contest. Any such changes will be disclosed on the official Giveaway Page.
  
  
• Disqualification & Enforcement: Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process, attempting to circumvent rules, or acting in violation of these Official Rules, in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website, undermine the Contest, or abuse entry mechanisms may result in disqualification and could constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  
  
• Release of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• Finality of Decisions: All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration, operation, and interpretation of the Contest and these Rules are final and binding.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor solely for Contest administration and prize fulfillment, unless the entrant provides consent for additional uses. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and, if the entrant opts in, for marketing purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: The Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta (and the federal laws applicable therein), without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Contest you agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration authority. All arbitration proceedings shall take place in Red Deer, Alberta, or the location closest toRed Deer, Alberta, legally permissible, and shall be conducted in English. Entrants expressly waive the right to a trial in court (including a jury trial) and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

Limitations: Any and all claims, judgments and awards in connection with the Contest will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Quebec residents are not eligible to enter or win.

For Canadian residents, a skill-testing question is required by law and must be correctly answered without assistance to claim any prize.

For U.S. residents, the Contest is subject to all applicable state laws and regulations and is void in states or jurisdictions where prohibited or restricted. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
